If your plant(s) come damaged, please send photos of the damages within 24 hours of USPS delivery.

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. If the weather in your area is cold please order the "winter shipping insurance" option for your plants shipment.

If your plants arrive damaged by the cold weather during winter, we will issue a refund if you have purchased the winter shipping insurance! I am a small person who eats plenty of vegetables but still sometimes struggles with constipation, I like to take fiber to ensure regularity. These supplements aren't my favorite. Psyllium Husk is supposed to the one of the best kinds of fiber but I find I need to take a lot of these pills for the same effect - a dose is 6-9 pills a day, spread out. Other brands I've been able to take 1 a day and that's enough but these I need 2-4. The flavor is mild but noticeable, there is no aftertaste at all. The pills are capped in soft plastic and not too big so they're very easy to swallow. You get 500 in a bottle so definitely getting your money's worth.
